LeechBlock NG is a site blocker with schedules. You list YouTube, Reddit, news, whatever actually eats the revision block, and pick the hours it is locked. Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
Free. It is not clever. That is the point. If you can uninstall extensions you can still cheat, so pair it with enough friction (a separate Firefox profile, a password you do not keep) that cheating is annoying.
